Bonaire's dive sites have beautiful names such as "Alice in Wonderland", "Something Special" or "1000 Steps". STINAPA (Marine Park Company) maintains the dive sites. Follow the coast road and you will see yellow stones with the names of the various sites where you may park your vehicle and begin your dive. There are a number of wreck dives including the "Hilma Hooker" and "Mary Baan". Barracudas, Eagle Rays, Tarpons, Horse Eye-Jack, Turtles, Seahorses and hundreds more species are your daily underwater partners. If you are lucky, may be you find a Manta Ray or a Whale Shark!

This beautiful underwater world is protected by strict regulations. It is forbidden to collect any of reef-animals under water as well as above. In addition wearing gloves is also not allowed. Seashells, including conch are also not allowed to be taken.
